Treatment for Premature Aging

Nutrition Impact on Aging: Huge

Balanced nutrition enriched with nutritional supplements may help slow normal aging process
Alkaline Diet with supplements
may help slow
the aging process

Nutrition impact on aging process is huge. According to nutritionists only an alkaline diet can empower our body to delay the onset and to slow the progression of ageing and its train of chronic diseases. The foods we eat may be divided into two categories: acid-producing foods (animal products, cereals, sugar) and alkaline-forming foods (vegetables, fruits). More details on individual food acid-alkaline properties can be found in Acid-Alkaline Foods Chart. An alkaline diet should consist of at least 80% of alkaline-producing foods, of not more than 20% of acid-forming foods and of alkaline water as beverage. This goal is obviously hard and practically impossible to reach with our today lifestyle. For that reason to get our nutrition balanced anyway we need to add to our modern acidic diet on a daily base a number of nutritional supplements.

To live a healthier life, much younger and longer we need to adopt a lifestyle that can help our body to successfully prevent and treat acidosis as well as its chain of chronic diseases. We should however always remember that degenerative diseases are the inevitable result of any ageing process, premature or not. A healthy life-style helps us only to delay the onset of these disorders and to slow their progress. That is what ultimately allows us to live healthier, younger and longer.
